Our ovens provide heat homogeneity with convection heating and minimize deformation with controlled cooling. Our furnaces can make traceability and continuous reporting with computer control. It provides stability for your special repeatable processes with its registration system.

Metal Injection molds are based on NADCA criteria.
Note: In our vertical furnace, long pieces can be hardened with low deformation. For details, please get detailed information from our technical staff.

Vacuum Cementation
ADVANTAGES OF LOW PRESSURE VACUUM CEMENTATION OVER OTHER METHODS:

Short process times are the primary advantage of acetylene gas with its high %C concentration and DualTherm® patented process.
Surface oxidation seen in gas cementation processes does not occur at all. This property brings high fatigue strength.
Homogeneous cementation layer depth.
Vacuum Oil Hardening
OIL HARDENING PROCESS IS MADE IN ALD DUALTHERM BRAND VACUUM FURNACE WITH FULLY COMPUTER CONTROLLED BY PREVENTING OXIDE FORMATION OR DECARBUURIZATION ON THE SURFACE.

This oven has nitrogen atmosphere convection heating to control heat uniformity. In addition, with the "Dynamic Quenching®" method developed by ALD company, the cooling parameters can be completely controlled and high mechanical strength values are achieved with lower distortions.

Stress Relief
THIS PROCESS IS WELDING, SHAPING, MECHANICAL PROCESSING ETC. IT IS USED TO REDUCE THE INTERNAL VOLTAGE OF A PART THAT LEFT VOLTAGE AS A RESULT OF OPERATIONS.

It is also applied to remove the internal stresses that occur as a result of the hardening processes. For this process, depending on your request, our furnaces of different sizes are at your service. Akademi Metalurji carries out all stress relieving processes in computer-controlled furnaces with care.

normalization
THIS METHOD IS THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING THE REQUIRED STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS BY EXTENDING THE MATERIALS TO THE AUSTENITIZING TEMPERATURES AND CONVERTING TO THE STRUCTURE AT NATURAL ROOM TEMPERATURE BY COOLING SLOWLY ENOUGH.

For this process, we provide service in our furnaces of different sizes, depending on your request.

Gas Nitriding
NITRATION IS A THERMOCHEMICAL SURFACE TREATMENT APPLIED AT LOW TEMPERATURES. NITRATION PROCESS INCREASES THE WEAR STRENGTH OF MATERIALS AND IMPROVES SOME MECHANICAL PROPERTIES.

Akademi Metalurji serves its customers with Kn controlled furnaces. With the Kn control, the desired layers are provided in a controlled manner. Advantages of our company in nitration:
